ABOUT

Jennifer Wright-Maley

Hi. I’m glad you’ve made your way here. I’m Jenn (she/her).

I am a Registered Midwife and a Registered Provisional Psychologist, with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. From many angles, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting. As a mother of three kids, I’ve experienced all this firsthand. Having been through the chaos myself, I’ve gained invaluable insight, which I integrate into my professional approach to help you feel seen, heard, and supported.

I’m here to offer you a safe haven where you can process, grow, and find the support you need to thrive. My work is rooted in empathy, compassion, and respect for each person’s unique experience. I use a blend of evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet your needs, whether you're dealing with anxiety, postpartum depression, relationship changes, or the overwhelming demands of new parenthood.

Above all, I believe in the power of connection—both with yourself and with others. As we work together, my goal is to help you rediscover your strength, build resilience, and find peace during what can feel like a very chaotic time.

(Please note that while I am both a Registered Midwife and a Registered Provisional Psychologist, these roles are kept separate, and I do not provide both midwifery and therapy services to the same clients.)
